By filling out the direct deposit form, you are authorizing regularly scheduled donations to be made from your checking or savings account. Your donations will be made automatically on the 20th of each month. Your donation will show up on your bank statement, followed by your annual gift receipt from Doulos Ministries.

Authorization to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us to cancel your donation. Please send cancellation requests by the 10th of the month in order for changes to take effect for the current donation cycle. Change requests to your direct donation can be sent via regular mail or by email to finance@doulosdiscovery.org.
